1. Booking and Payment:

• All bookings must be paid for at least 48 hours in advance to secure the reservation.

• Payments can be made through our designated payment portal or by other agreed-upon methods.

2. Contact Information:

• For safety and communication purposes, all parties attending the venue for filming, photography and exhibitions must fill out the provided contact forms prior to entry.

3. Space Hire:

• The hire includes the space only. Additional equipment or services, such as lights, must be requested in advance. We will provide extension leads as power to The Vault is external.

• If you wish to hire lights (2 Neewer RGB professional LED lights), a supplementary payment of £30 is required on the day of the booking. This can be made by card or cash on site.

4.Rescheduling and Cancellation:

• Bookings can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Only partial refund will be made should we not be able to reschedule.

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date may result in a partial or no refund, depending on the circumstances.

5.Liability:

• While every effort is made to ensure the safety and security of our guests, Hamilton Vault Studios cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the booking period.

• Guests are responsible for their own belongings and equipment while on the premises.

6. Compliance:

• Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their time at our venue, including but not limited to copyright laws, health and safety regulations, and local ordinances. CCTV operates onsite for your safety and security.

7. Conduct:

• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate bookings in the event of disruptive behaviour, non-compliance with our terms and conditions, or any other circumstances deemed necessary by management.

• Our studios are also the work premises of artists on site, while they are accustomed to filming/photography and vault hire, please be respectful of all those working on site and do not enter studios unless invited.
